Enjoy a breakfast or lunch experience in the village of Dhi Ain. The historic village of Dhi Ain is located in Al-Makhwah Governorate in the Tihama region of Al-Baha Province. It sits atop a rugged, white, rocky mountain, surrounded by mountains on all sides. The village is approximately 25 km from the city of Al-Baha and is considered one of the most important heritage villages in the Arabian Peninsula. Its construction dates back to the 10th century AH (16th century CE). The village takes its name from a spring that flows through it, originating from the surrounding mountains. It comprises more than 30 houses, all designed to be closely packed together, one above the other, due to the village's mountainous terrain. It also has a small mosque. From the outside, the village appears as a single fortress. It was built using a uniform type of volcanic stone, while the interiors of the buildings were constructed using mud bricks. The village is renowned for its cultivation of various fruits and basil, as well as the quality of its handicrafts.
