Medina: A religious tour of the most important mosques

A tour of the mosques in Medina

Begin your journey by exploring the Seven Mosques, which were built at the foot of Mount Sela, the site of the famous Battle of the Trench (Battle of the Confederates) where Muslims bravely defended the city.

Then we proceed to the Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque, which is located only 150 meters from the Prophet's Mosque. The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the Eid prayer there, as did his successor Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, after whom it was named.

We continue our tour with a visit to Al-Ghamama Mosque, located 200 meters from the Prophet's Mosque. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to lead the people in prayer on occasions such as Eid al-Adha and Istisqa' (prayer for rain). The mosque holds memories from the Prophet's life and important historical events.

Then we visit the Al-Suqya Mosque, which was built on the spot where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prayed and supplicated to his Lord while on his way to Badr. Here, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) drank from the famous Al-Suqya well, which holds a deep historical significance for Muslims.

Next we move to the Bani Anif Mosque. The mosque is distinguished by its unique architectural style, and it is one of the places that visitors flock to in order to remember the life of the Prophet and his companions.

All this is accompanied by a tour guide who will enrich your experience.
