  • Our Role:
    When you book a tour through us, you are also agreeing to the terms of the tour operator. Any issues with the actual travel experience should be addressed with them. We will definitely protect your rights and provide any assistance needed, but it's important that you are aware that we are the matchmaker, not the final service provider.

2. Your Agreement

By using our website or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. This agreement is between you, Seyaha, and (if applicable) the tour provider.

3. Safety and Risk

  • Inherent Risks:
    Travel activities—especially adventurous ones like hiking, climbing, or fast-paced events—carry risks. By joining a tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety.
  • Responsibility During Tours:
    The tour operators are in charge of safety measures during the activity. Seyaha is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the tour.

4. Liability and Waivers

  • Limited Liability:
    Seyaha and our partners are only liable for problems caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We are not responsible for:
    • Any injury or accident during a tour.
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    • Disruptions, cancellations, or changes in the tour that are outside our control.
  • Third-Party Responsibility:
    When you book a tour, the contract is with the tour provider. Any disputes about the service must be resolved directly with them.

5. Booking and Payment

  • The Booking Process:
    When you book a service on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please review the information immediately and notify us of any errors.
  • Fees and Charges:
    Our service includes booking and processing fees, which are usually non-refundable. Additional fees (such as foreign transaction fees) may apply depending on the payment method.

    Your booking through our website creates a contract with the tour provider. If you need to cancel or change your booking, you must follow the provider’s terms, although we can help process these requests where possible.

  • Account Responsibility:
    Only individuals of legal age should register. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Either you or Seyaha can close your account, usually with two days’ notice, unless immediate termination is necessary.

    We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date details about tours and travel experiences. However, we rely on the information provided by our partners and cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free.
