Seyaha brands is part of Seyaha Corp. (hereinafter "Seyaha", "we"). For more information on Seyaha please contact us.

Under Seyaha banner, Seyaha Corp. operates internet-based platforms in various languages as well as mobile apps.

Our electronic "technical" services include the identification, comparison and intermediation of in-destination tours, trips, ticketing, travel experiences, travel activities, tourism services and accommodation facilities.

For certain offers we also provide a direct booking option. But we do not provide the services of tour operators and tour guides directly by ourselves.

Seyaha is an independent company. We do not provide our own trips, events, activities, tour guiding services or operate our own tours; we do not own any of the third-party providers (service providers, hereinafter "our partners", "third party") nor are we under the economic control of any of these third-party providers.

II. Terms and Conditions of Use

Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Use ("T&Cs") govern the use of Seyaha services, websites and mobile apps and form the basis for the usage agreement between Seyaha, our partners, and the user. Individual agreements between the user and Seyaha, for example as part of a booking, will take precedence. Deviating or opposing general business terms and conditions held by the user are not applicable.

These T&Cs apply exclusively to Seyaha services, namely the identification of in-destination tours, trips, and travel activities and experiences, and the intermediation of services offered by third party providers (our partners and other service providers).

In addition, and separate to these, the terms and conditions of each third-party provider will apply to any booking, tickets and services offered by said providers (e.g. tour operator, tour guide, accommodation or service providers).

Furthermore, additional terms and conditions may apply to the third-party booking platforms to which you may be forwarded. Seyaha has no influence over conditions supplied by third-party providers.

III. Services offered by Seyaha

Seyaha services are designed to make it easier for you to plan your trip by equipping you with the information you need and providing a clear comparison of the tours, trips, travel experiences, and travel activities options presented.

The actual tourism services (e.g. go on a hiking trip) do not form part of Seyaha service but rather form part of a separate contract concluded between you and the respective third party.

Seyaha acts as an intermediary or broker between the user and each third party. We are therefore not responsible for the tourism service provided by the third party nor the manner in which this tourism service is provided.

Seyaha services include:
