The Capcherd Adventure Experience in King Khalid Reserve

The outdoor social gathering trip every Friday is a unique experience that combines nature, art, and music, and takes you to an atmosphere full of interaction and beautiful moments in the heart of the reserve, where there is tranquility, fun, and a spirit of sharing.

An integrated experience that extends from moments of exploration to staying up late under the open sky, combining social activities, artistic creativity, and entertainment, with live music, group sessions, and a bonfire that gives the place a special warmth and an unforgettable experience.

The trip begins with arrival at the site and welcoming the participants, followed by an introduction to the day’s program and the start of the first activities, such as visiting the cave, then moving to the camp to enjoy the welcome hour and the social atmosphere.

As the day progresses, activities range from social games and board games to a group drawing session and interactive experiences that foster a spirit of participation. The day culminates in a sumptuous social dinner (a Saudi buffet), before the evening begins with live music, karaoke, and moments of laughter and fun.

The experience includes reception and hospitality, group games and board games, volleyball and recreational activities, a drawing and creativity session with live caricature drawing, live music, karaoke, a group dinner, and a campfire session in a distinctive natural setting within the reserve.

Important notes:
Bring (ID card / residence permit / passport) to be allowed entry to the reserve.
Comfortable shoes.
Changes are possible depending on the weather.
Disqualification will occur if public taste is violated, prohibited materials are used or carried, or the safety of the trip or participants is endangered.
Sitting in the campsite after the trip is over is prohibited.
Children are not allowed.

Cancellation and no-show
• Cancellation 7 days before the trip date: Full refund.
• Cancellation 3 days in advance: Transfer the amount to a future balance.
• Cancellation within 3 days or customer's failure to attend: 100% penalty.
